5-15-12 OHFA Announces Special Offer for Homebuyers Using New Home Sweet Home Program
OHFA announced a limited time offer for first-time homebuyers interested in purchasing a newly constructed home. Effective May 15, 2012 through August 31, 2012, OHFA is waiving the current .25 percent additional rate charge for its New Home Sweet Home program.
5-10-12 Report Assesses Current and Future Affordable Housing Needs in Ohio's Appalachian Region
The analysis, titled Affordable Housing Market Study of 32 Appalachian Ohio Counties was funded by OHFA and the Ohio Department of Development to assess and provide recommendations for increasing the availability of affordable housing in the Appalachian region of Ohio.
4-23-12 OHFA Board Approves More Than $3.1 Million for Affordable Housing Initiatives
OHFA's Board approved $3 million in funding through the Housing Development Assistance Program (HDAP) and Housing Development Loan (HDL) to provide flexible, low-interest financing for affordable housing developments.
