Compliance Training 
OHFA offers two compliance training courses for new and veteran property management staff members, including on-site staff, directors of compliance, compliance staff, and property owners.
The Compliance Training focuses primarily on the basics of compliance for the Housing Credit Program. Because compliance rules and procedures are frequently updated, this course is beneficial for individuals new to the Housing Credit Program as well as seasoned veterans.
The Compliance Tool Training provides hands on training on how to set up the OHFA compliance tool, with an overview and introduction to all parts of the compliance tool. Tax credit managers who are responsible for using the compliance tool will benefit from this course.
