CHDO Program 
Welcome to OHFA's resource center for Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs). CHDOs are private, nonprofit, community-based service organizations that are organized under state or local law to develop affordable housing in the communities they serve.
CHDO Certification Application
This is for CHDO certification for the year July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. If you currently are a state certified CHDO, that certification will expire on June 30, 2012. You must apply to renew your status for 2012-2013.

Download the first application and test it all the way through. See if you can check the checkboxes and fill in the required text. If you can, use it. If it is not working as expected, download the second application and test it. If you are still having problems, email the issues to dleasure@ohiohome.org.
The applications must be postmarked by May 25th. See the application for submission details.
This application is for CHDO certification. It is not related to the CHDO operating grant program. See the update below for information on that program.
